Archive Account Information

Request archive allows you to request a complete archive of your kenzoAI account information. The archive includes your profile, application configurations, application activity records, and relevant account-level settings. The archive is securely delivered to your registered email address and can be used for compliance reviews, audits, or long-term record retention.

• Archive requests are processed asynchronously and may take time to complete.
• The archive is read-only and does not affect active applications, usage, or account configuration.

1. Open kenzoAI Overview.

   

2. Navigate to Profile.

   

3. Click Request archive.

   

   Once the request is submitted, kenzoAI prepares your account archive and sends it to your registered email address when processing is complete.
